The hotel offers a room with a huge balcony overlooking Saigon Centre shopping mall; however, the receptionist seemed unfocused during check-in. The room itself was clean, cozy, and provided complimentary water, tea, and coffee. I had to pay extra for early check-in, though the room was ready.
